A little about me.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as an elementary school teacher, guiding students and helping them grow. Yet, I always felt a quiet pull toward something deeper, and that pull became impossible to ignore after a cancer diagnosis cracked my world open. What followed was a profound period of healing, self-discovery, and reconnecting with my truest self. That chapter is what led me to this work.
I’m deeply passionate about inner healing- the kind that goes beyond quick fixes and touches the heart of what we carry. Much of our pain lives in the parts of ourselves that we silence and that our nervous systems quietly hold. In therapy, I offer a space to tend to those hidden places with compassion and care, trusting in the body’s wisdom to guide us toward healing. I believe we are our own medicine—therapy is simply a space to reconnect with that truth.
This belief shapes not only my work but the way I live my own life. As a mom of two energetic boys, I know the joys and challenges of caring for others while trying to stay connected to yourself. I’ve learned that it isn’t about doing it perfectly but about showing up authentically and holding space for all versions of ourselves. It’s why I believe in slowing down, listening inward, and finding moments of presence and joy—whether in the therapy room, at the rink cheering on a hockey game, or sharing a cozy movie night with my family.
If life feels heavy or you’re longing for more clarity and connection, I would be honoured to support you. Let’s find your way forward together.

Where I practice
Careful consideration went into choosing where to practice. I am absolutely thrilled to be based out of Roots to Branches Whole Health Clinic in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. This gem in the heart of Quispamsis, New Brunswick has been a trusted clinic for my own healing. I can attest to the high quality care and compassion the practitioners at this clinic bring to their services. Their mission is to treat each person as a whole being, not just a collection of symptoms, and to help you move toward greater energy, joy, resilience, and vitality.
The clinic brings together a team of trusted practitioners: including naturopaths, massage therapists, chiropractors, a physiotherapist, accupuncturist, and a nurse practitioner, all who share the same holistic philosophy of care. This circle of support makes it possible to address the many interconnected pieces of health. For me, this feels deeply aligned with how I view mental health and allows me to serve clients in the way that resonates with me. Mental health is deeply connected to both physical and emotional well-being, and it thrives when supported within a community rather than carried alone.
The environment at Roots to Branches is cozy, bright, and thoughtfully designed to help your nervous system settle the moment you walk in. Herbal tea is always brewed, the front desk team is warm and welcoming, and careful attention has been given to creating a peaceful atmosphere that makes clients feel at ease. I love these touches as both a practitioner and a client myself, because they set the tone for healing before our session even begins.
The clinic is designed with ease and accessibility in mind, offering plenty of parking, a central Quispamsis location, and the benefit of having everything under one roof. I offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and online sessions on Mondays and Fridays, so you can choose the format that works best for you.
